How are Monthly Active Users (MAU) counted?
We count MAU (Monthly Active Users) by tracking unique users who open your app within a 30-day period. Each user is counted once, regardless of how many times they engage with the app.
At Capgo, we don't count emulators and dev builds in your usage. Learn more about this here.
What does storage mean?
Storage, specifically edge storage, refers to the total capacity Capgo provides at edge locations to store all your update bundles. This ensures that users receive the latest version of your app or service quickly and efficiently.
How is Bandwidth Counted?
At Capgo, we measure bandwidth by tracking the amount of data transmitted between the storage location and user devices through edge servers. This helps us deliver real-time updates.
Do you offer annual billing and ACH payment options?
ACH is available only for annual payments from Enterprise plan customers. Contact us for more information.

What happens if I reach the Monthly Active Users (MAU) limit?
We'll send you email notifications when you reach 50%, 70%, 90%, and 100% of your MAU limit. Once you hit the limit, your updates will be blocked until the end of your billing cycle. To continue serving updates, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan.
What happens if I reach the Storage limit?
You'll receive email notifications at 50%, 70%, 90%, and 100% of your storage limit. When you reach the limit, you won't be able to upload new bundles until the end of your billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. Existing updates will continue to work normally.
What happens if I reach the Bandwidth limit?
We'll notify you by email when you reach 50%, 70%, 90%, and 100% of your bandwidth limit. Once the limit is reached, update downloads will be blocked until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade to a plan with more bandwidth. Your app will continue to function with its current version.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades are applied at the end of your current billing cycle. This ensures you get full value from your current plan until it expires.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For annual plans, we also accept bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. However, certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Capgo. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees, ever. All our pricing is transparent and includes everything you need to get started. For the Pay-as-you-go plan, over-usage is billed as credits at clearly published rates. Unlike other platforms in this space, we don't hide any costs - what you see is what you pay.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your plan throughout the rest of your billing period. If you have outstanding usage-based charges, you'll be charged for those immediately upon cancellation. After that, you won't be charged again.
