解释

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

订阅

订阅周期

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

每个订阅周期结束时，Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.

账单

You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.

如果自动扣款失败，公司将发出电子发票，指出您必须在截止日期前手动进行，按照发票上指示的账期全额支付。

如果订阅是通过应用商店内购完成的，所有的扣款都由应用商店处理，并受应用商店的条款和条件管辖。

费用变更

公司有权在任何时候根据自己的判断修改订阅费用。任何订阅费用变更将在当前订阅期结束时生效。

公司将在任何订阅费用变更前向您提供合理的通知，给您机会在变更生效前终止您的订阅。

您继续使用服务后订阅费用变更生效，表示您同意支付修改后的订阅费用金额。

退款

除非法律要求，付费订阅费用不予退款。

公司可能根据情况考虑某些退款请求，并在公司的完全自主权下予以批准。

如果订阅是通过内购完成的，应用商店的退款政策将适用。如果您想申请退款，您可以直接联系应用商店。

免费试用

公司可能在其完全自主的情况下，提供一个有限期的免费试用订阅。

您可能需要输入您的账单信息才能注册免费试用。

如果您在注册免费试用时输入了您的账单信息，您将不会在公司到期前被收费。到期日，除非您取消订阅，否则您将自动被收取适用的订阅费用，订阅类型为您选择的类型。

公司有权在任何时候和不需要通知的情况下（i）修改免费试用期的条款和条件，（ii）取消免费试用期。

内购

应用程序可能包含内购功能，允许您购买产品、服务或订阅。

有关如何使用您的设备管理内购的更多信息，请参阅应用商店的条款和条件或您的设备的帮助设置。

在应用内购买中，只能在应用内使用。如果您进行了应用内购买，那么应用内购买无法在您下载其下载包后取消。应用内购买不能用现金或其他考虑或其他方式转让。

如果应用内购买下载失败或下载成功后无法正常使用，我们将在发现故障或您通知我们故障后调查故障原因。我们将合理地决定是否向您提供替代应用内购买或向您提供修复故障的补丁。在任何情况下，我们不会向您收取替代或修复应用内购买的费用。在极不可能的情况下，如果我们无法替代或修复相关应用内购买或无法在合理时间内且不对您造成重大不便的情况下，我们将授权应用商店退还您相关应用内购买的金额不超过该金额。或者，如果您希望申请退款，您可以直接联系应用商店。

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate any account or business relationship at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

Repeated failure to pay for additional agreed-upon services or invoices.

Abuse, harassment, or disrespectful behavior towards Company representatives.

Misuse of the Service or actions that harm the integrity, security, or reputation of the Company.

In such cases, no refund shall be issued for any remaining subscription or service period, unless required by law.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
