Enterprise testimonial

"We manage 23 apps across 5 teams. Before Capgo, coordinating releases was chaos. Now one engineer handles deployments for the entire portfolio."
James Chen VP of Engineering, Fortune 500 Retail Company

One release control plane for live updates, native builds, App Store publishing, plugins, and automation.

A buying story security, legal, finance, support, and release teams can all approve.

A practical migration path for teams leaving slow store-only workflows, custom scripts, or Appflow.

Why enterprise teams stall

The pain repeats every time mobile fixes depend on the store.

Enterprise teams do not need another speed promise. They need a release path that keeps urgent changes moving while security, support, finance, and platform owners still have control.

Incident pressure

The fix is ready before the release process is.

Enterprise incidents often start as a small web-bundle change: auth copy, account routing, pricing display, onboarding logic, or a support workflow. The old path still makes users wait for a native release.

Version drift

Support keeps debugging bugs engineering already fixed.

Large apps keep old versions alive for weeks. Without channels, adoption signals, and rollback, every support ticket starts with a version mystery instead of a recovery plan.

Approval loops

Security and procurement ask the same questions again.

Enterprise buyers need evidence for signing, audit logs, SSO, data processing, uptime, payment workflow, and who can approve a production change.

Team coordination

Multiple teams ship into the same mobile surface.

Product, growth, support, and platform teams all need changes live. Without governed release lanes, the safest answer becomes waiting, batching, and slowing every team down.

Enterprise scale

The limits that matter most are clear before the call.

Enterprise buying usually stalls when scale, release speed, compliance, or procurement is unclear. These are the differences teams ask for first.

1 000 000+

Capacity that keeps launches moving

Enterprise gives teams the MAU, bandwidth, and storage bands that actually decide whether a large rollout feels safe.

6 M4 builds

Native builds without queue anxiety

Large macOS M4 machines and six concurrent builds reduce the wait that slows release-critical fixes.

SOC 2 + ISO

Compliance before procurement asks

SOC 2 certified controls, an ISO 27001 audit complete with certificate issuance pending, signed non-disclosure agreements, DPAs, and custom payment workflows are ready for enterprise review.

Procurement

Get signed off by legal, finance, and security in one cycle.

MSAs, DPAs, security artifacts, annual invoicing, and vendor-risk answers are coordinated with your account owner so procurement does not stall your mobile release path.

  • MSAs, DPAs, POs, and annual invoicing - procurement-friendly terms ready before the review starts.
  • Security review packet - SOC 2 report, DPA template, architecture notes, signing, encryption, and access-control answers.
  • Custom billing terms - PO-based, multi-year, annual, or fiscal-year aligned payment workflows.
  • Tailored onboarding and training - release owners, security admins, and support teams productive quickly.

What changes after Capgo

The enterprise argument is not faster deploys. It is controlled recovery.

Speed matters because production pain is expensive. Control matters because enterprise buyers need to prove the faster path is governed, auditable, and reversible.

Use case Before With Capgo Enterprise
Critical web fix

Create a new binary, submit to stores, wait for review, then hope users install the update quickly enough.

Publish a signed web bundle to an internal channel, expand by cohort, and roll back in seconds if signals move.

Multi-app portfolio

Each app, team, and environment invents its own deployment habit and support has to reconstruct what happened.

Organizations, apps, channels, members, device logs, and audit logs live in one release workflow.

Security review

InfoSec gets speed claims but still has to chase evidence for signing, access, uptime, encryption, and data handling.

SOC 2 controls, signed updates, E2E encrypted updates, SSO, audit logs, and DPAs are part of the enterprise package.

Vendor risk

A proprietary roadmap, shutdown, or price change can put your mobile release path back into emergency migration mode.

Capgo gives teams an open-source platform, hosted enterprise support, and a self-hosting path when control matters more.

Enterprise buying criteria

Security teams do not buy speed unless control comes with it.

Capgo Enterprise keeps the urgency of live updates while giving larger teams the governance, support, and deployment options they need for production mobile apps.

Questions procurement will ask

  1. Can your team audit how an update was signed, assigned, downloaded, installed, or rolled back?
  2. Can you support multiple apps, organizations, environments, and release owners without sharing risky credentials?
  3. Can you keep shipping critical fixes if a proprietary vendor changes pricing, roadmap, or availability?

Enterprise FAQ

The questions enterprise teams ask before choosing Capgo.

Use these answers to bring security, platform, finance, and support teams into the same evaluation.

01 Can we use our own SSO provider?

Yes. Enterprise includes SSO support, organization roles, member management, and audit logs so access can follow your internal identity and review process.

02 Where are bundles and account data hosted?

For standard Capgo Cloud, Supabase processes the primary database, authentication, account data, app and bundle metadata, and device identifiers in London, United Kingdom. Google Cloud provides database read replicas and regional infrastructure in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney, Johannesburg, Milan, Jeddah, Mumbai, Sao Paulo, and Columbus. Bundle storage and live-update delivery use Cloudflare’s global infrastructure, including the USA. Enterprise can use regional endpoint routing for the live-update path or a licensed self-hosted deployment when different control is required. The up-to-date sub-processor list contains the full provider, location, and transfer details.

Read the data collection documentation →
03 Where is the current sub-processor list?

Our public sub-processor list is the current source of truth. It is kept up to date and includes each provider’s purpose, processing location, transfer mechanism, and change history.

View the up-to-date sub-processor list →
04 Can updates be self-hosted or delivered from our infrastructure?

Yes. Enterprise supports hosted, dedicated, hybrid, and licensed self-hosted deployment options when control requirements are more important than a standard SaaS setup.

See self-hosted updater documentation →
05 What reliability commitment is available?

Enterprise includes a 99.9% monthly availability commitment for the production platform. If the commitment is missed, service credits range from 10% to 30% based on monthly availability. Initial support targets are P1: one hour, 24/7/365; P2: two business hours; P3: one business day; and P4: two business days. Global replication, signed delivery, and rollback workflows support production recovery.

Read the Enterprise SLA →
06 Does regional replication multiply storage or bandwidth?

No. Each bundle is counted once for storage, regardless of the delivery regions it serves. Capgo bandwidth counts user-device downloads that are not served from the edge cache. Cache-served deliveries do not count against your Capgo bandwidth usage.

Read the pricing and usage FAQ →
07 Should we use channels or separate app IDs for flavors?

Use channels when flavors or environments share the same native app ID. This keeps your release setup simpler and groups those channels under one Capgo app. Use separate app IDs when a flavor needs a distinct native bundle ID, signing identity, entitlement set, or store listing; a device is not deduplicated across those app IDs.

Read channel guidance →
08 Can we keep our existing CI and use Capgo only for native builds?

Yes. Keep private dependency setup, web builds, Capacitor sync, and custom preparation in your CI. Capgo Build receives the prepared native project to compile, sign, and optionally submit to the stores. Supported build configuration can be passed as environment variables.

Read the native-build workflow →
09 Can Capgo work with our MSA, DPA, NDA, or PO flow?

Yes. Enterprise conversations can include custom payment processes, purchase orders, signed non-disclosure agreements, DPAs, and procurement workflows before rollout.

10 Can your team build or fix Capacitor plugins for us?

Yes. Enterprise can include priority plugin fixes, migration support, and custom plugin work when your release path depends on native functionality.

11 What payment and procurement terms do you support?

We support Stripe payment options plus custom enterprise payment processes for finance teams that need invoices, purchase orders, or procurement-system workflows.

12 Are Capgo plugins included with Enterprise?

Enterprise includes access to the Capgo plugin ecosystem, priority plugin support, and a path to replace proprietary enterprise plugin dependencies where needed.

13 How do you migrate us from another live-update platform?

We plan the migration with your team, map channels and environments, test rollback behavior, and can run both systems side by side until the cutover is safe.
