Can I move a React Native CodePush app to Capgo?
No. Capgo updates Capacitor, Cordova, and Electron apps. React Native teams should look at EAS Update or self-host the archived CodePush server.
What are the first steps for a Capacitor or Cordova app?
Remove the CodePush SDK and its deployment keys, drop the App Center release step from CI, then run npx @capgo/cli@latest init in your project to install the updater and upload a first bundle.
How do CodePush deployments map to Capgo?
Recreate Staging and Production as Capgo channels, then upload with npx @capgo/cli@latest bundle upload --channel=production. Channels also support device overrides and progressive rollouts.
How does rollback work in Capgo?
If a new bundle never calls CapacitorUpdater.notifyAppReady(), Capgo rolls back to the previous bundle automatically. You can also revert a channel to any earlier bundle in one click.
