Why we work this way

Capgo is a small, lean team. Self-serve plans cost a few hundred to a few thousand dollars per year. A single custom agreement review, plus the yearly questionnaires and renewals that follow, costs more than that in legal and admin time. The add-on is priced to cover that time and nothing more, and it is annual because procurement work repeats every year. Most procurement teams accept self-serve plans on standard terms once they see the architecture:

End-to-end encryption: bundles are encrypted with your keys. Capgo never sees your code.
Your domain: updates are served from your own domain, not ours.
Open source: the full stack is public on GitHub. You can self-host at any time, so no source escrow is needed.
No PII required: Capgo only needs anonymous device identifiers to deliver updates.

Enterprise plans include the Full level.

Why prepaid

The add-on is paid upfront for the full year, with the plan, before we open any document. Legal and admin work is spent in the first weeks and cannot be undone if the deal falls through, so we do not start it on credit. The following year renews with the plan.

Getting started

If your company needs anything in the add-on columns, contact us with the list of documents your procurement team requires. We tell you which level applies, invoice the add-on with your plan for the year, and start the paperwork once it is paid. Enterprise customers already have the Full level.

If none of those apply, sign up on any plan and start deploying today. Standard terms are accepted in the console.

What the add-on never includes

Insurance certificates of any kind.
Source code escrow. The code is already public.
Staff background checks.
Phone or on-site support.
Liability above the fees paid in the last twelve months.

These are not negotiable at any price. They are the reason we can keep the add-on cheap.
