什么是 2FA?

2FA 是一种安全措施,旨在防止不良行为者接管您的 Capgo 帐户。
它通过要求额外的代码来实现。此代码存储在您的手机或硬件 2FA 密钥上。它每 30 秒更改一次,使其无法猜测

本指南将展示如何使用 Google Authenticator 设置 2FA。存在其他应用程序来实现类似目的,但是我无法在本指南中涵盖 2FA 的整个主题。

如何设置 2FA?

首先下载 Google Authenticator 应用。如果您使用 Android,可以从 Play 商店下载。在 iOS 上,您可以从 App Store下载

其次,请转到 Capgo 的帐户设置。在那里您应该看到一个绿色按钮,看起来像这样

Click it, and once you do, a QR code should appear

Next, please open the Google Authenticator on your phone. Once you do, follow these steps:

Click the plus button

After that, please click the camera button

That will open the camera preview. Please scan the QR code shown on your PC. After you do that, you should see something like this:

Then please go back to the PC and click the verify button

This will open a window to type our 2FA code. In my case, this code is 095101 but it will be different for you.
After you type this code, please click on the verify button

If you entered the correct code and pressed verify you should see a pop-up like this

Congrats!
You enabled 2FA authentication 🎉

Next time you login to your account, you will see a window like this

Please open the authenticator and copy your auth code

Then input the code, into the login form and pres the verify

If you entered the correct code you should see the capgo dashboard

How to disable 2FA

To disable 2FA please go to the capgo’s account settings. There you should see a red button that should look like this:

Click it, and and you should see a screen like this

Just press the disable button, and that’s it.
